RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
**We have a firm NO REFUND Policy on ALL orders ONLY Store Credit or Exchange for a different item.
Now Offering exchanges if you purchased the wrong size!!
- Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges.
- Return item in orginal packaging, with all original tags attached, unworn and in brand new condition.
- Must be exchanged within 7 Days of receipt
- Include Your original Order #
- You will receive a store credit via email which can be used to purchase the correct size or anything else that you choose.
- KIMMI COUTURE reserves the right to refuse an exchange if any conditions are not met (your item will be returned to you without notice)
- Use Caution when trying on shapewear, undergarments must remain on, exchanged items must appear BRAND NEW with no signs of try on or the exchange will be refused without notice.
- Discontinued Fajas are Final Sale and not Eligible for exchange
All Other Returns (Store Credit only, No refunds)
For all other items we will accept your items for store credit within 7 days. Credit will be issued for purchase price less shipping cost. ( Last Chance or Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit)

- Returned within 7 days of receipt of receiving your order.
- In original packaging, with all tags attached, unworn condition, free of make-up stains/ Try On Stains and free of odor.
- Accompanied with your Order #
- Reason for return / exchange

Orders are charged immediately upon submission. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us and we will issue a store credit for the purchase price. If the order has not yet been shipped we will include the shipping charge in your store credit.

Return Processing time:
Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed. Original shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
