KCOUTURE ships all packages with tracking, if a package shows delivered via USPS tracking but the package was not received KC is not responsible for replacement of the package. Please select a secure address for delivery of packages. There has been a high volume of package thefts reported by the USPS. At checkout you have the option to include a signature confirmation with your delivery, this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to prevent package theft.
  
How Long Does Shipment Take? :

Orders leave our facility within 7-10 business days (Not including Holidays & Weekends). At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice.

Although we ship out items as quickly as possible, Some items can take up to 2 weeks to ship

**Please note in some cases FAJAS can take 2-4 weeks to Ship if they are Pre-Ordered or costume made due to popular demand and craftsmanship, all garments are hand made** Pre ordered / Costume  items means they are in production and are coming directly from the factory which could take up to 30 business days (Not including weekends or holidays)

You will receive a tracking number via E-mail once your order has been shipped.
