*Please note, at this time KJCOUTURE does not work with independent distributors. You must have a valid and active business. If we are unable to verify your business or we determine that it is not a fit for us we reserve the right to cancel your order and deactivate your account.

Order Requirements

There is no minimum order required, you can mix and match sizes and colors as needed. There is a volume discount available for quantities of 6 or more per size. If you prefer to place your order over the phone, we would be happy to assist you. Please call us during business hours Monday-Friday 11am-5pm PST 925-315-7043


All in stock merchandise is shipped within 4 business days from our warehouse in CA. If a particular item or size will take longer than 2 weeks to reach you we will contact you. Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive anywhere in the US. Shipping cost is determined by order weight. If you would prefer to use your own shipping account (fed ex, DHL, UPS) email us with your account number and we will provide you a code to use at checkout so that shipping is not calculated.


Products or goods purchased from KJCOUTURE shall only be sold at or above the manufacturer’s advertised price (MAP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. 


No products or goods purchased from or produced by KJCOUTURE shall be resold by or through any on-line auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon or other similar sites) 


All products come prepackaged with brochures and must be sold as such. No de-tagging or brand removal is allowed in anyway.


Although we will make every effort to send out high quality merchandise free of any defects It is the expectation that all products will be inspected by you upon receipt for any visible or obvious defects. Any such defects should be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of order for return/replacement.  In the event that a customer returns a product that you deem to have been defective, please contact us as we will handle this on a case by case basis (sales@kj-couture.com). We will only replace items that were returned if they have been deemed to have a manufacturing defect. Products damaged due to improper sizing or care will not be replaced.


We are available to train your staff on sizing & how to get the product on etc. We recommend that all staff read thru our FAQ's  and watch the available You Tube Videos to assist with customer inquiries. My staff will be accessible and available to provide assistance during Business hours Mon-Fri 11am to 5pm pst

Social Media & Promotion

We will use social media to drive traffic to your store. We will post about your store occasionally in all media outlets (Twitter, Facebook & IG). If you would like to host an event or promotion in your store and have K&J attend, please email us and we can coordinate a visit. 

If at anytime you are found to be in violation of the above terms and conditions we reserve the right to revoke your Wholesale Account Access and Cancel/Refund any open orders.
