KJCOUTURE ships all packages with tracking, if a package shows "DELIVERED" via USPS tracking but the package was not received KJCouture is not responsible for replacement of the package. Please select a secure address for delivery of packages. There has been a high volume of package thefts reported by the USPS. At checkout you have the option to include a "signature confirmation" with your delivery, this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to prevent package theft.
