All Kimmi Couture orders are shipped with tracking information so customers can monitor their deliveries.

Delivery Confirmation & Package Security

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS or the applicable shipping carrier, customers should first check their delivery location and contact the carrier if the package cannot be located.

Kimmi Couture is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address and choosing Signature Confirmation, when available at checkout, for additional protection against package theft.
